Every Park Hyatt I have been to has been consistent. The Park Hyatt Shanghai is in zen isolation from the city, high above the chaos. Also while in Shanghai I tried some Chinese wines at the Peace Hotel on the other side of the river on The Bund.
The view is great even from a standard room.
Seating area with a view.
Work station. I think hotel room desks are a necessity.
The view from one of the Bars.
You can see The Bund and the rest of Shanghai, I was blessed with clear skies.
We crossed the river to visit the Peace hotel to get the Old Shanghai vibes. We were treated to a great Chinese wine.
Another good Chinese wine. View of Pudong, you can see the blue bottle opener building, that is where the Park Hyatt is.
After a night out on the town, its time to wake up and get breakfast. Eat high above the city… Great view with my coffee and newspaper…
The view of the hotel building from the ground…
My room was on the 82nd floor, I think this is the highest room I have ever slept in.
One more night out, this is the view of The Bund.
Then my last breakfast before heading to the airport.
